Wholemeal dinner rolls
Ingredients;
10g           Yeast
270g     Warm Water
150g      Strong plain flour
350g     Wholemeal flour
70g        Soft butter
1               Egg
2 Tbsp. Black Treacle
16g         Salt flakes

Method:
In a standard mixing bowl, sprinkle in the yeast and warm water and put aside for 5-7 minutes until frothy.

Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes.

Place the dough in a oiled bowl covering with cling film, let it rest for one hour or until the dough doubles in size.

Knock the air and divide into 8 pieces. Shape and place on a lightly greased baking tray and rest for about 30 minutes until almost doubled in size.

Bake at 200°C for 2 0- 25 minutes.
