Soft Vienna Bread
320g      Warm Water
15g          Yeast
30g         Sugar
30g         Milk Powder
250g      Strong Plain flour
250g      Plain flour
1.5 Ts      Salt
50g         Butter, soft

1 Ts          Veg Oil
1 Egg (For egg wash)

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and sugar in a bowl about 5-10 minutes until frothy

Add in rest of the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes (15 minutes in hand). Place the dough in a oiled bowl and rest about 1 hour until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide into 6 and shape and slash on top and rest for 1 hour to doubled in size

Egg wash and bake at 220C for 17-20 minutes
